# Axis IP camera NAT (old OS)

Hi,

I think [https://app.remote.it](https://app.remote.it/) only supports Axis cameras with OS v9.80 and up as shown on [https://support.remote.it/hc/en-us/articles/4527942761997-remote-it-for-Axis-Get-Started](https://support.remote.it/hc/en-us/articles/4527942761997-remote-it-for-Axis-Get-Started)

Older Axis OS for instance v6.50 “remote.it axis acap - Device Package” is in development? because mips (CPU) seems to be supported, but I can’t start the remote app 5.1.1. with OS v6.50.5.13 see:

We are not working on supporting older OS versions. This version appears to be out of the versions supported by Axis itself in its LTS track. See their reference [AXIS OS Portal User manual](https://help.axis.com/en-us/axis-os#axis-os-lifecycle)
