# Cannot register rasperry pi to remote.it

Hi,  
I am trying to install remote.it to Raspberry Pi 3B+. I installled the package, but when i go to web browser and register the RPi it never completes. What is the issue.

In some cases the find.remote.it function doesn’t work. The easiest way around this is to use the command line interface. Please see:
