I tried to install remoteit on my instance. with:

```auto
R3_REGISTRATION_CODE="xxx" sh -c "$(curl -L https://downloads.remote.it/remoteit/install_agent.sh)"
```

and I got error:

```auto
`/tmp/remoteit.deb` is successfully downloaded. My OS is debian.
I did this 2025 02 03.
Note that I have a http, https outbound.
If what `curl` statement is used. I will try to fix this.
This issue was caused by a restrictive outbound firewall policy where the device was located. You can do some simple diagnosis by running the following commands:
```auto
/usr/share/remoteit/connectd -n

```
```auto
/usr/share/remoteit/connectd -nat

```
These will show you if you have outbound traffic failure to the remote.it servers.
