# Device unlicensed

PLEASE HELP US, we are working about integrte Remoteit in our RaspberryPI application.  
In our free account:  
One device on your platform result : “Device unlicensed” Why that ? can you help us to understand ?

I redacted part of your original post to remove your email address. You probably do not want to post your email address here.  
The unlicensed device indicates that you are over your 5 device limit on a Personal account. You can purchase a subscription in the app.  
Since you are using Remote.It in a commercial way, you should purchase a license anyway.
