# Juno Connect Issue

I am trying to use remote.it to ssh into my Juno connect Jupyter server. Unfortunately, it says it’s not allowed because the protocol is using HTTP/0.9. Is there any way to get this to go to a different HTTP protocol?

I’m pretty sure any such thing is not imposed by remote.it. We just pass packets back and forth. But I could be wrong, I’ve never seen this before though. Please include a screen shot of errors.

Were you able to SSH to this device from the same computer prior to using remote.it?
