# Raspi setup hanging

trying to setup on raspbian and it hangs here:

pi@PIZERO120:~ $ sudo remoteit setup  
✓ Preparing to create device  
Device name |pizero\_120

any ideas ?

For setup problems you will get a quicker response sending an e-mail to support@remote.it.

Unfortunately I don’t know what’s going on there.

What do you get from:

uname -a  
cat /etc/os-release

?
