# Remoteit connection does not come back online when internet is restored

HI everyone,

I have deployed a linux based Iot device. Remote it connections were working well. The device needs to go offshore in a location where there is no internet access for about 8 hours and then it comes back to a location that has internet. The issue is that after losing the device goes offline, it does not come back online even when internet connection is restored. I have to reboot the device for it to come back online.

Any help would be much appreciated

In order to troubleshoot this, some additional information is needed. What is the product that was installed and the version? For example CLI or device package.
