i have master device raspberry pi. i cloned it with sd card copier application.
now i have 2 micro sd cards with the same device registred.
i want to use them as two separate devices.
what should i do?
You cannot just copy an SD card to create new devices since that SD card carries the identity of the original device. This will result in unpredictable behavior of connections and online/offline status.
You can do a manufacturing process to prep a card or an image that you can use for this purpose though. See Auto Registration into Your Account | Remote.It
If you have already done this, you can fix one of the devices by removing the file /etc/remoteit/config.json and then adding the necessary registration file with the Product Bulk Identification Code and rebooting OR running apt purge remoteit and reinstalling it from scratch.
