System Incident

We deployed a code change to our presence servers 1/26/2024 9:48am PST to improve our infrastructure and help our IoT customers who deploy a large number of devices. We detected an issue and reverted the change, but since then we have had indications of instability and we are still actively working to restore our systems.
UPDATE: We are currently seeing issues that are affecting all users. Please watch this post to receive updates on this incident.

UPDATE: We have stabilized the system for now. You should be able to make connections and refresh your apps. We will be making one more change at 4pm PST (8PM UTC) to further optimize connections for load.
If you cannot click the refresh icon in your app, restart them.
