I am trying to setup an Android device (Samsung A16) using Android Screen View and I am able to go through the registration process but after it completes it seems to hang on “trying to connect to the cloud”. I’ve run the diagnostics check and all returns OK. I’ve restarted the app/phone as well as tried to register multiple times with no success. Any suggestions for what to try next?
