Steps to reproduce:
- have a custom service endpoint configured
- Logout/login and try to launch the service from the shortcut buttons available in the devices list below
gotchas: if you navigate to the individual device page and start the service connection from there, it will launch with the custom template format and shortcut will start working during the same session as well. My guess is the custom template format is stored in the browser(client) and not used/being loaded yet when using the shortcut button.
