My Friends and I are trying to play Minecraft together and my friend is making the connection with remote.it although when I… or anyone else joins the server we’re allowed to connect for about 10-20 seconds before we get kicked from the Minecraft server and the only message we get is “Disconnected”
What does it say on the server console?

I’ll need to know what OS is on both sides and how you are making the remote.it connection.
If you are using the Desktop App to make a connection, then please get the connection log and attach it to your e-mail.
Additionally, please provide us with the Minecraft Server Logs. You should be able to find these in your Minecraft Server folder. The reason why we need the logs is because it’s possible that you may not be allocating enough RAM to the server, so when your friends join, the server can’t take it and overloads, resulting in the disconnects you are talking about. This doesn’t have anything to do with remote.it but could still be the issue.
