No devices found after installing remote.it on Raspeberry Pi 3b+

Hi,
I’m a remote.it noob struggling to have my Rapsberry Pi 3b+ registered thru find.remote.it. I have successfully installed the remote.it package on my raspberry pi and the next step should be going to either http://find.remote.it, raspberrypi.local:29999, or :29999 to search for my device. Unfortunately, none of those are able to find my device. Wonder what am I missing here guys? Could anyone please help point me to the right direction? Thanks in advance!

Your router may have IP isolation which prevents devices from seeing or communicating with each other directly on the LAN.

Please try connecting to the Pi directly via SSH - if this fails, you’ll know something more fundamental is going on. If it doesn’t fail, please try to configure your device using the command line options.

Trying out the CLI has worked perfectly Gary. Thanks very much!
