getting 403 connecion not available

Hi, I have been using your application for a while on a device far away from where I am now. Since yesterday I am unable to access the my connection (web protocol) the ssh connection I have on the same device is just working fine.

A 403 indicates that the web server is not actually running.

What do you get from:

sudo netstat -lpn | grep tcp

?

Thank you for your reply.
Yes I saw that A 403 is indicating that the web server was not running. I xchecked that both with netstat and by running curl localhost:5172 and was sure the web server was running and I received daily emails from it. That is why I added this post. However removing the web server instance from remote.it application and re-adding it yesterday evening solved my problem.

That’s strange, but I’m glad you got it working.
