Hi, One of my users logs in to Remote It and she cannot see any of the devices. This worked in the past, but now she cannot see any devices. My Dashboard, however, shows that she has access to 6 devices.
The issue is that your user is not selecting your organization and instead is viewing the list as their own personal account. See the article Organizations As Members so that they can select the organization first.
