Trouble accessing the remoteit admin page after transferring a Device

If you configure a Device using remoteit, then transfer that Device to another user, that user will not be able to log into the remoteit web admin panel without following this procedure first to clear the credentials on the device.

Use the attached script (1020 Bytes)

Upload this script, select any affected Devices, and then execute this script against those Devices. When completed, the status A cell should show:


Now you should be able to log into the admin panel.
