I downloaded the latest update of the RemoteIT Desktop application, and upon signing into the app, I get the error:
“Authentication Failure”
After logging in, I briefly see my account dashboard before getting booted back to the login screen. The online RemoteIT app works (via browser) and I am able to login successfully there.
I too am getting the same issue. I am able to login with the web application, but not on the desktop application - getting “Authentication failure”. Tried to reinstall but issue persists. Version 3.31.3
Kindly fix this.
