Malwarebytes identifying software as malware

Malwarebytes keeps interfering with remote.it, even when I put the applicatons in exclusions.
It won’t even let you go to remote.it website

Malwarebytes uses multiple companies to compile its list of trusted sites. We had contacted Trustware last week for another report and that was resolved. We will look into this one since this appears to be new.

It is not the application that is being blocked but the website IP address that we were assigned by AWS that our software uses to communicate to our backend.
