Hi, I’ve been having trouble with remote.it after the latest update rolled out. I tried to update it, but my Norton blocked it, saying remoteit.exe contained Heur.Adv.ML.B. I thought that Norton was the problem, so I tried to disable it but when I tried to install it again it came up with the same error message. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
It looks like you are having trouble with upgrading to 3.15.4.
Do you sign in with Google sign in or Username and Password?
