Hello,
I am trying to host a server on Minecraft. My friend can even connect to it, however, a few minutes after he connects to it he gets disconnected with a Timed Out error.
On the remote.it desktop app he says he is still connected to the device but cannot log in to the server for more than 2 minutes.

Are you both using Windows?
Are you using the remote.it Desktop app? Can you check the version (under “Settings”?
Yes we’re both using Windows with the latest version of the app
On the initiator side, please click on the > to get to the connection details page:
Then scroll down to find the “Raw Connection Log” and click on the >:
Copy and paste the entire connection log (after the connection fails) and send an e-mail to support@remote.it with this info included.
Also, what messages are you seeing on the Minecraft server console?
