when my friends try connecting to the server i created using remote it. they are stuck at ‘found server’ screen and cant actually play game.
It would be helpful to have your friends post screenshots of the game configuration and the remote.it connection info. Are they using app.remote.it or the Remote.It desktop for their connections?

The screenshots of their Remote.It connection (from their PC) AND the Terraria connection screen where they input the url that you are trying to use (with the input)
This typically works best if I work with your friend directly and not through the person who isn’t using the connection.
