An issue was found in versions 2.4.3 to 2.4.6 beta release of remote.it Desktop for macOS and Linux. The problem is related to a new Uninstall command that removes the installed binaries. The Uninstall feature is located at the bottom of the settings page of versions 2.4.3 through 2.4.6 in the remote.it Desktop Apps.
The Uninstall feature was found to remove the binary directory /usr/local/bin instead of the four remote.it binaries contained in the /bin folder.
How to Fix
