Auto launch feature on the raspberry

Good morning

I’m trying to use the auto launch feature on the raspberry, but it doesn’t work as I expected,

in the web settings I set auto launch

when I restart the raspberry the service is active but the tunnel is still closed so I have to manually disconnect and reconnect from the web making certain functions useless.

so the question is how can I activate autolaunch so that the tunnel also activates?

this is when i restart the raspberry, raspberry is available but the tunnel is closed

You should use the Remote. It desktop application. These connections are not shareable but they do allow bookmarking for a single user and will re-connect on demand as long as you do not quit the Desktop App or close the connection.

Note that when you make a connection on the Web Portal (which you show here), the connection is a proxy and will close in 15 minutes if there is inactivity or after 8 hours, whichever comes first. After a connection closes, then it will require you to start a new connection which will give you a new url and port.

i thank you very much for the info , but i dont’ t find the desktop application for raspberry, can you share please the link ?

You wouldn’t use the desktop application on the Raspberry Pi typically. You should be using the desktop application on the computer you are using to connect to your device.
Are you using the connection on your Raspberry Pi? The desktop is available for Debian Linux distributions which is usually the basis for the OS on the Raspberry Pi.

OR you can use the CLI https://www.remote.it/download-list?products=desktop|cli&platform-list=raspberry-pi#Download-Results which would be a command line interface.
