When I start the app all I get is a blue screen

After installing Remote.IT on my Windows 11 Desktop, the app doesn’t open just a blue screen (not the blue screen of death). I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, no difference

Turned out there was an earlier version and processes running on the machine:

I discovered that when Remote.IT was closed, the processes in the attached file were open, both on my Desktop and Laptop. Simply ending the process with the “Efficiency” label on it, enabled Remote.IT to open on both machines!
